Trained professional and peer tutors provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions:
The Academic Enhancement Center’s tutors are now providing drop-in and pre-scheduled writing tutoring and academic support online through Smarthinking!
In order to access online tutoring, click the “etutoring” link on your D2L homepage posted just under “My Courses.” Make sure to turn off your pop-up blockers.
To have a tutor provide feedback on an essay, click “Writing Center” on the Smarthinking homepage then “Submit my writing or career documents.” Feedback will be provided within 48 hours.
To meet with a tutor online to discuss feedback, brainstorm, or review an assignment, click “Work with a tutor or career coach” on the Smarthinking homepage then click “GGC_Live Writing Tutoring” and follow the prompts to schedule a session.
