PROMPT:
Your research paper for this course will be an argumentative essay. You will write a source-based essay that makes an argument about how the events of Stonewall (before and during) support current trends in LGBTQ+ activism. You should also consider historical, cultural, political, and scientific contexts if they are relevant to your topic. You must make an argument that these trends owe their missions and successes to the events surrounding Stonewall. You must also include a counterargument that you disprove. Your counterargument should attempt to challenge your position, addressing potential flaws, in which you refute.
