II. EBP 2.0: Promoting Nurse Retention Through Career Development Planning (2019) This second article in a new series on implementing evidence-based practice changes discusses the implementation of a program to reduce first-year nurse turnover rates at an urban Chicago hospital.
III. EBP 2.0: Implementing and Sustaining Change: The Data-Driven Precision Implementation Approach (2019) In this third article in the series discusses patient-focused, evidence-based interventions to improve oral care for the management of oral mucositis during cancer treatment. They introduce the term precision implementation approach to stress the importance of evaluation to guide implementation.
IV. EBP 2.0: Implementing and Sustaining Change: The STAND Skin Bundle (2019) This is the fourth article in a new series about evidence-based practice (EBP) that builds on AJN's award-winning previous series—Evidence-Based Practice, Step by Step—published between 2009 and 2011 (to access the series, go to http://links.lww.com/AJN/A133).
