Software Downloads for the GGC Community

Software Download Instructions (USG Technology Store)

Programs such as MS Office Pro Plus 2021 (PC), Office Mac Home & Business 2021, Windows 10 & Windows 11 upgrades, and other software suites may be available for download from the USG Technology Store.  

  1. Go to the University System of Georgia website at (www.usg.edu).
  2. Under the USG Institutions tab, click Institutional Directories.
  3. Click on the USG Technology Store at the bottom right of the page to access the technology store.
  4. Click Sign in/Register and register with your GGC email.  
  5. Once you have created an account, click on the For Home option, click Customers.
  6. Click on the USG Students if you are a GGC student, or click on the Faculty and Staff Option if you are GGC faculty or staff.  Once you are logged into your account, the correct price (if any) will be listed for your “purchase.”
  7. You will then add the product to your cart and checkout.
  8. Follow the instructions to order your software.  You will receive a registration email from “University System of Georgia [noreply@e-academy.com].”
