  3. Click on Login.  Use the GIL-Find library catalog search box to make sure the book you want is not available at Georgia Gwinnett College.

  4. Perform your search again, but this time, change the location to "University System of Georgia."  Click on the title you want.

  5. Click on Get It.  Click on More Libraries.  If a library shows the book is available to send, click on that library.  If Request Options: Request is visible, click on Request.

  6. Make sure the Pickup Institution is set to Georgia Gwinnett College.  If you do not have a time limit, leave the Not Needed After box blank.

  7. Click on Request.  If your request has been successful, you should see this message:  "Request placed."

  8. Tips:  Under your Requests, click on the institution where you requested the book to make sure your request is visible.  Don't forget to sign out of your library account when finished!

Please Note: First-time GGC Faculty and Staff users must stop by the Circulation Desk and fill out paperwork so that a library account can be set up for them.
